Affiliate Terms & Conditions

These Affiliate Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the QuoteGenex Affiliate Program (“Program”). By joining the Program, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Commission Structure

• Affiliates earn 30% recurring commission on each paid customer they refer.
  
  
• Commissions are based on the last-click attribution model. Only the most recent referral link clicked by a customer will receive credit.
  
  
• No commission is earned on free accounts or self-referrals.
  
  

2. Payouts

• All payouts are made through Stripe Connect.
  
  
• The minimum payout threshold is $50. Balances under $50 will roll over until the threshold is met.
  
  
• Payouts are issued on a monthly basis.
  
  

3. Attribution Rules

• Referrals must come through your unique affiliate link.
  
  
• Tracking is managed through our system; no manual adjustments will be made.
  
  
• Commissions are credited on last-click only.
  
  

4. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates may not engage in the following:

• Running paid ads on QuoteGenex brand keywords or trademarks.
  
  
• Sending spam or unsolicited bulk emails.
  
  
• Making false or misleading claims about QuoteGenex.
  
  
• Using fraudulent methods, self-referrals, or incentivized clicks to generate signups.
  Violation of these rules may result in withheld commissions and removal from the Program.
  
  

5. Termination Rights

QuoteGenex reserves the right to terminate or suspend any affiliate account at our sole discretion, with or without cause. This includes accounts suspected of fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

6. Affiliate Responsibilities

• Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their marketing practices comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including FTC guidelines for affiliate disclosures.
  
  
• Affiliates must disclose their affiliate relationship clearly when promoting QuoteGenex.
  
  

7. Independent Contractor Status

• Affiliates are independent contractors and are not employees, agents, or partners of QuoteGenex.
  
  
• Participation in the Program does not create any employment or agency relationship.
  
  

8. Program Changes

QuoteGenex reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Program at any time, including commission rates, payout terms, or eligibility requirements.
